Scott is a seasoned and trusted advisor to manufacturing and industrial business leaders, specializing in providing top-tier operations consulting services to small- and mid-sized industrial businesses. He has over twenty years of experience helping manufacturers and distributors to increase profits and cash flows and become well-oiled machines, having led over 200 performance improvement projects across more than 100 industrial facilities.

His decades-long track record of delivering results for his clients spans multiple capital-intensive industries. He has comprehensive experience in all aspects of manufacturing performance improvement (throughput/ quality/ yield/ cost), margin enhancement, industrial capital projects, technical problem solving and shop floor change management. His solutions prioritize resource efficiency and his strategies have been proven across a wide range of industries including food & beverage, pulp & paper, packaging, chemicals, paints & coatings, oil & gas, mining & metals, aerospace & defense, and other diversified industrials.

Scott is focused on operational turnaround for mid-sized industrial businesses in the United States. He brings extensive global experience advising private equity and corporate clients on evaluating industrial acquisitions and maximizing their post-close value from his time as Executive Director with Ernst and Young’s merger and acquisition practice. Prior to that, he was a Partner with Stroud International, an elite manufacturing consulting boutique.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from the University of New South Wales. Additionally, he has attained the Certified Exit Planner Advisor Designation from the Exit Planning Institute.
