He brings more than 12 years of professional experience helping companies restructure their 401(k) plans, eliminate conflicts of interests, and lower costs. Now, he focuses on working closely with clients to craft tailored strategies to advance their goals.
A Certified 401(k) Professional, Ardian was among the first of 500 financial professionals in the country to be awarded the designation from The Retirement Advisor University in collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education, a distinction awarded only to advisors with real-world knowledge and experience improving retirement plans. He has also achieved the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation from the American Retirement Association & the National Plan Advisors Association – CPFA, C(k)P verified.
Previously, he advised high-net-worth clients at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Pension Partners, utilizing industry-leading research and resources to anticipate trends in the financial markets and minimize risk for his clients.
Ardian is active in his community and proudly serves for philanthropic causes and organizations. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Equality Charter School in Bronx, NY and has been recognized for his contributions with the President’s Volunteer Service Award. Ardian has also been recognized as a Fellow of the Foreign Policy Association for his leadership in global affairs.
